On Friday May 29th at 12:48 pm, [redacted] purchased two packs of ESO 100% Virgin Brazilian Human Hair. With an additional 20% off...

each package after taxes her total came up to $154.06. We have mannequins displayed for each package of hair, which entitles each customer the right before purchasing to feel the texture, check for shedding. Also to see what a completed style in actuality would look like. We've also faxed a photo copy of this particular mannequin to you all.)A day or so after, Ms. [redacted] returned informing our company that she was unhappy with the hair. She stated that, "she had the extensions installed a day after purchasing them." Also that "the hair shed and wasn't anything like the extensions she's purchased while residing in Georgia." She requested that We exchange the hair if she couldn't receive cash back. Our employee explained to her and also showed her the stores return policy. It's typed up and posted directly in front of our cash register to inform our Customers of any dilemmas they might have thereafter. She was also told that the owner may be willing to Work with her. That if she takes a business card to call in it may save her from making random trips in in Conveniencing herself, just in Case he's not in. Our employee also suggested that she allows her to take a photo of the installed extension, So that the owner could see it to send to the company. The picture clearly shows the distinction between Ms. [redacted] natural hair and extensions she purchased from Our Company. The top portion of the style is Ms. [redacted] natural hair. The extension from our understanding were installed at the mid to bottom portion of her head.Ms. [redacted] called a couple days after and was informed that the owner was in a meeting with a Couple of gentlemen. She replied "I'll stop in only work down the street while he's there." She waited and then decided she Couldn't Wait around long. She was informed that he (the owner) has seen the picture and has spoken with the Company. That we are just waiting on the sales reps manager to see how they can compensate her for her troubles. She was informed that we've had one other issue with another Company not the same but similar. So they may be willing to replace the extensions. She made it clear that she understood and that she doesn't care to have her money back nor a discount towards more hair. That she would take a replacement or file a case against our company. Ms. [redacted] was then asked to be patient that we are just waiting on the companies response to help resolve this issue. She was then advised to leave her number so that soon as we know she'd know as Well.The following day Our Company received information from the hair company. Ms. [redacted] was then Called and giving an explanation of what we were able to do to compensate her. We explain that the Company was agreeable to exchanging the extensions. Under one circumstance she'd have to send in the extensions that she was unhappy with. They needed it to send to their supplier. Ms. [redacted] then replied, "I don't know what I did with the hair, only have a few tracks in my head now." I'm not gonna deal with it I'm gonna just let you deal with my attorneys."Within a five to six day period this whole ordeal took place. We were willingly and ready to solve this issue with Ms. [redacted]. We went beyond our stores policy to compensate her because our stores motto is "Where We Treat You like Family!" We really like to do our part to make each individual feel satisfied.Our Company just needed a couple things from her:1: patients2: the extensions back so the distributers could see exactly the issues at hand.

7/16/2015-I returned the hair to Unlimited Hair Beauty Supply.  Along with receipt & packaging.   This was received by Ms. [redacted]Please advise status of my complaint.Thank you, [redacted]
