Since my initial meeting with Luke L [redacted] of Unlimited Home Services on 7/31/2016, I've been provided information and now threatened with a lawsuit for $16000.00, for work that was never done on my roofThe company, when asked multiple times by telephone and text for a copy of my signed contract was never provided until I decided not to move forward with their business, they finally sent me a copy via email on 9/20/by their office admin along with a voicemail left on my phone stating that the contract is bindingHowever if provided an initial copy I would've known that I could cancel the contract within business days of the date signedI was told at the time of signing by Luke that he wasn't able to provide a copy, but one would be emailed by their officeI also sent a request to Luke for a copy of their cost estimate to replace my roof shingles and was told at the time of them meeting with my insurance adjuster that he had a copy, however when asked to see the copy th

We had a really Good experience with Unlimited Home Services! They worked with us and helped out so much They addressed all of our concerns and worked hard on our behalf to get our roof doneThe roofers worked great and I was surprised how quick it was finishedThey cleaned up good too I had noticed that some rubbish had flown over our fence into the ravine and they had that cleared up

Unlimited Home Services Inchelped us get a new roof and saved us about $16, They were our roofers and mediator between our insurance company, our home owners association, and the Hawaii Public Adjustors The folks at Unlimited were friendly, easy to work with, communicated effectively, followed through with all our agreements, and very ohana oriented They were also great at cleaning up all the rubbish and nails I high recommend you given them a call because it is free and you may ewith a new roof for only the price of the insurance deductible

This is a response to a complaint made on Unlimited Home Services by [redacted],complaint ID: [redacted]Unlimited Home Services provided the homeowner their contract and estimate as requested. There was no false information given. In signing the contract, the homeowner agreed to the terms which...

clearly states the homeowner’s rights to cancel in writing within 3 day of signing the contract without any penalties. It also states that the homeowner’s responsibility is to submit all insurance payments to us as the designated contractor for the repairs they are approved for. The homeowner should not have signed the contract if she didn’t read or agree to the terms and conditions.There was a misunderstanding regarding the work estimate, which we have already
explained to the customer
that during the adjuster meeting, the adjuster provides their estimate, and then our companycompletes our estimate with any necessarysupplements that the insurance missed.There was no sign or mention or un-satisfaction until theinsurance adjuster approved the homeowners claim and sent the insurance check. When our salesmancontacted the homeowner to schedule her job, she refused by responding “no work will be done on my roof”. We tried multiple times to contactthe homeowner and resolve any issues she mayhave had but was continually rejectedorignored.Since the homeowner refused to let us do the work without reason and kept the insurance money that was specifically for her roof repairs, we were forced to send her to collections. We try our best to work with our customers and avoid collections,but for this particular homeowner who decided to keep the money,we had no choice. Keeping the insurance money instead of using it for the designated contractor and repairs is considered insurance fraud, and a felony offense.We are an honest company and recently did work for the homeowner’s father, who was very satisfied with his roof that he referred his daughter. Due to her continued resistance, we had together father involved to help us speak to his daughter because she refused to schedule her job and turn in the money,which the insurance confirmed was sent out.What we do is not a scam to take all the money possible from the insurance, which the homeowner falsely accuses us of. What we do is help homeowners receive a brand new roof through their home insurance by working with them to get the maximum approval possible. We work closely and have a great relationship with many insurance companies, who if thought what we are doing is illegal or unfair, would not have approved our customer’s work and not pay out for the repairs of the hundreds of customers that we have and continue to work with.We want to do the right thing, which is to complete the homeowner’s job and collect the full amount provided by the insurance for the work, or the homeowner needs to pay for going into default and the work that was already done towards her roof approval,which she agreed to in signing the contract.Sincerely,Unlimited Home Services
