On Aug10, I file a complaint in regards to damage reimbursement The owner had been away and had not received the complaint until he got back Once speaking with the owner, all issues were resolved and they made good on all their promises I would recommend this company in the future

Having so many choices in hiring a moving company I am happy with choosing Unlimited moving They delivered on all aspects of the moving process I attribute my successful move to the estimator and customer service I thank all involved with the entire moving process

For a person who never moved before but heard how expensive and horrific the experience can be I must say that Unlimited Moving definitely surprised meThe price was fair and the service was excellentThey were prompt for the pick up and the delivery was exactly when the told me it was going to beAll my stuff was in one piece and they even reassembled my furniture back togetherNext time I move I am definitely calling Unlimited Moving even though they are in FL

Unlimited moving was very careful in numbering and keeping track of
all of my boxes both when loading and unloading. I had over 40 boxes
plus furniture and they did not lose or damage anything. They really
care about their reputation and make an extra effort to do a good job
and keep the customer happy. Much better than the other long distance
mover that I used before.

I moved from [redacted] to ** last month and I am extremely dissatisfied with this movers, at first the way they packed my stuff is heartbroken, 4 staff came for packing out of one is with headphone listening music he left my half of the stuff unpacked then they quoted extra amount by saying we know your company will pay. The main guy was so rude while communicating for delivery, I got my stuff with almost all furniture damaged, my computer desk completely broken, there were lots of scratches on my coffee table, end table and dinning table. My sofa set was wrapped so badly that still they have tape marks and when I checked with their staff they started abusing words in from of my family and neighbors and no action was take from their manager. This company is completely fraud be aware they promise something and deliver something else..

My move from Florida to Texas was a positive experience thanks to the research and careful consideration put into hiring a moving company. Unlimited Moving and another company were top choices, but Unlimited Moving was ultimately the company that won out. I am very happy with the way the company conducted business from the initial quote over the phone through to delivering day in Texas. My experience with Unlimited Moving has raised the bar with what I now expect from a moving company in the future. Timely, courteous, knowledgeable, and professional is how I describe this company. I will be recommending Unlimited Moving to my family and friends.

Honestly, I expected and resigned myself to a chaotic move with a mess left behind after the move and some kind of damage to my furniture. I thought the move would get dragged out and that I would have to have a standby creative way of telling our movers to stop lofting around and get to work. Needless to say, my worries were simply energy -draining and unwarranted. The gentlemen we had were absolutely amazing! They were very professional, friendly, efficient and treated my things as if they were theirs. Can't begin to tell you how extremely pleased we were with the whole experience. I would highly recommend Unlimited Moving to anyone. As a matter of fact, I already have.

Unlimited Moving has completed 3 large moves for us in the last 3 years. They have always been professional, thorough, and careful. Our homes have been over 2500 sf each time. All of this and they were always the most economical choice for us.
