We are very sorry for the misunderstanding that took place recently.? I had been out of the office, working in the field, and was notified to return our Customers call promptly.? I called back within a couple of hours of being notified, and resolved this issue with our Customer the same day as her call to us.? We are very sorry for any miscommunication on our part, and any inconvenience it caused her.? I shared that our? service visit was purely informational, no estimate was ever created.? We had never did? any work at her home previously, and was just? confirming the size of the motor in the swamp cooler that she had, making it a CFM, as apposed to a CFMI was glad to talk with her personally, and happy that we could come to a resolution and understanding.?
