Review: We called Unlimited Plumbing to fix our toilet that was loudly refilling the tank. [redacted] came, said he was double parked, took 10 minutes to fix it, charge $350, and ran out. The toilet was still running loudly after he left. When we called to let him know, he did not return the call. After several calls, we were told that we had been advised that the ball cox needed to be replaced. The toilet doesn't have a balll cox. We forwarded a picture to remind him of the toilet. He is still not returning the call - it has been several days - and the toilet is still filling loudly and frequently. We have put a stop payment on the check but don't know if it was done on time since we had, at first, assumed that he would return to remedy the problem.Desired Settlement: We want our money back and we'll call another plumber. We also want him on file in case he does this to other customers.
