This "business," has to be the ONLY professional business that I have dealt with that has been truly the worst, possible experienceI have never filed a complaint, yet Christian, the "one man show" at this alarm system monitoring company should be not allowed to perform his serviceI know two people who had used him, briefly in the past, and spent alot of money for him to install his very simple system, with no sensors, cameras, or anything extraThey never heard from him again, except for when it was to pay a bill by emailMany problems occurred with the system, and they called, and emailed him, and never heard backThis has happened to me and confirmed the same issue with these peopleMy alarm either was not working, not calling the police, and now making a loud beeping noise because the system needs to be checked, and he will not respondThe Houston Police Deptis aware of this, along with my neighbors, who have seen and heard the problemsYet I keep getting bills, onlyHe has taken my money, and then has not done any service whatsoever when it was neededThe constable knows me as the neighbors have been complaining about the beeping noise, which I can not turn off, and he still will not call me backI have already called other very reputable companies to switch to, and made the biggest mistake by choosing him from one referral..who I found out to be a friend
