We are very grateful for the business of Ms* There was no ill intent to pressure Ms *into authorizing the agreement but we can see how the circumstances were not conducive for adequately going over this agreement In light of this, we have waived the initial cleaning fee and have followed up with the Account Executive to make sure, in the future, we have the time to go over all aspects of the quote properly Our Field Operations Manager has been in contact with Ms [redacted] the last couple weeks to make sure subsequent visits have been performed to expectation Again, we are very grateful for the continued business of Ms [redacted] and look forward to what we hope is a positive long-term experience with our company

Hello,My name is *** *** and I'm the Regional Manager for Unlimited Services. This was an oversight from our processing department and failed to cancel this customer out. Because of that, invoices were generated and mailed out. However no collection attempts were ever
made because in our notes the account was cancelled. I reached out to *** the same day we found out about her concern but was only able to leave a message. I called back the next day and was able to speak to the owner *** *** since *** was still out of the office. I explained to *** what happened and assured her that I will personally get this taken care of. I sent an email to *** with a statement showing a zero balance. Haven't heard from her yet but I do want to respond to this before the deadline. Please see attached as this has been resolved. I will personally continue to follow up with ***. Please contact me directly for any questions at *** or ***.Thank you,*** ***
