I have never had customer service this excellent and quick No sooner had I e-mailed them than they replied and did everything I asked for, even more than I asked I wish all businesses were this responsive and caring Unbelievable!

Zappos has a customer for life! They are so amazing in all aspects of the transaction Their prices are very fair, and their customer service is exceptional I had an issue with the stitching on a pair of boots (NOT their fault) and I received a replacement pair in about days, as well as a prepaid return label The stitching on my Doc Martens had blown out at about months of hard use, and they were more concerned about getting me a new pair than asking the how's and why's of what happened For my most recent purchase, I ordered my boots on a Saturday night, and I received them on Tuesday...wow!!! Really excellent experience from beginning to end I could not be happier Thanks Zappos!!!

I have ordered from this site over a couple of years I called them when I had a problem with an item that had a defect I had already thrown away the box and wore the item and noticed the defect after the fact I reached a customer service rep within three minutes The sent me a new identical item rite away free of charge! I was hoping for a discounted price at least in a new item but they replaced my item I am so happy with this company and customer service I will never buy shoes elsewhere

Zappos claims to have 24/7/365 customer service, but that is not so. Their customer service line is answered by a recorded message with no opportunity to talk to a person. Their online chat is not working. There has been no way to cancel an order for over seven hours. There is no notice on their website that they are closed. They do say on their site to call their 800 number for time-sensitive issues, such as order cancellation. That is the line with the recorded message and no service.

I had a defective pair of shoes that I bought from Zappos 11 months ago that just broke. They replaced them with the newest model, overnighted them to me and did not charge me the difference in price between the original and new models, and did not make me ship the items back. Totally superb customer service top to bottom and super fast and easy. I expected nothing when I contacted them since they were not the manufacturer but got everything and more.
