Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.Smith has changed my oil solely for over two years w no one but Smith touching the drain plugTherefore the issue of the stripped oil pan was due to them not taking the time to maintain and torque the drain plug to the Honda specs required which in return caused the issue at handThis is unacceptable customer service and care for my automobile which is the service I paid for and ended up with a stripped oil pan drain plugIf I changed my oil myself this would never of happened as I know how important it is to clean and torque the bolt to Honda specsI know for a fact and watched several times Smith does not use a torque wrench to tighten oil pan bolts Regards, [redacted]
