iv'e been dealing with this company since july of this year I have spoken to many of this companies employee's from sales to costumer service employee's,managers and supervisor's with the same results they would tell me to wait for emails and phone calls that to this date I never receivedi would call and waste my time waiting for someone to answer my call I even went and put myself on a call back statusi never was contacted so I would wait to speak to a real person regarding my claimant the answer was the samethe problem never was resolvedAll I asked for was return shipping label since they made the mistake and sold me the wrong piece of equiptI asked for certain camera and the sales associate sold me one that didn't even go with my existing systemi felt that it was only fair and so I requested for the label to return back the product for a full refund months later I'm still dealing with these people they are a bunch of liars from the top to the lowest employee I've never experienced such incompetent group of people in my entire life and I'm still waiting for a refund after spending dollars to send back the cameras they sold me that didn't go to my system

This company should not be able to be in businessCustomer service and sales is a jokeThey have to email the warehouse to cancel orders and you cannot cancel ordersThey say it is already processed and shipped only hours after order and then force you to receive the orderThen you have to pay return shipping to send it back for a refundNo business model or service to this companyThey take your money and keep giving excuses why they can't help

This company was subbed out through [redacted] My Infiniti was picked up in Las Vegas and to be brought to GAThey called my husband and said the driver was in an accident, we later found out he jackknifed his trailer and my car was damagedThey said they would pay for the repairs and sent us a picture of half the carFirst they said it was just the fender and headlightIn the picture you can see it is the hood, bumper, fender, wheel well , and headlight it also looks like it goes down the car, but I can't see due to the picture they sentIt was strapped down during impact, which means my car took a good shot and jolt, leading us to think more damages were doneDue to this lack of information, we went through our insuranceNow they won't even give us the insurance company information and said since we are going through our insurance they are bringing us the car[redacted] they are!!!! I am not touching the car until my insurance looks at itMy car also hit the car in front of mine, which you can see in the picture is also damagedDO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

Purchased a Lorex lnrsystem from costco online Thought it was fine until we tried to use the mobile access - after many attempts to get the problem resolved we have been run in circles with customer service and tech support Very hard to actually talk to someone and when you do you get transferred round and round They won't even listen to a replacement issue on faulty equipment

Boy, are we glad to receiver your letter of March 2016.We did receive this customers DVR back in January, but it came with no Proper marking (no RMA# no address)The only contact we managed to link this to was a *** *** who w did contact via phone and email for an address to ship out the
replacement DVR to the unknown CustomerShe was unable to provide us with that info.The replacement is going out today for next day deliveryOrder # ** ***

Trying to contact this company is not only a headache but impossible. I received my order from them on time. But,packaging was damaged. When, I opened it one of the products was missing. I've tried calling them for three days now. A recording keeps me running in circles waiting . Until I leave my number to be called back. Well
I've left my number 8 times. Still waiting no call back has occurred. So........glad my credit card company would not allow my last charge to go threw. Since, I had decided to get a much larger system over a $1000.00. [redacted] stopped the sale for they felt it was fraudulent. I had fixed everything to get the order again.But, decided that I would wait till this order was cared for.
NOW I CAN SEE WHY THEY HAVE A "F" Thank you Revdex.com I'm glad I checked there name out.

This company should not be able to be in business. Customer service and sales is a joke. They have to email the warehouse to cancel orders and you cannot cancel orders. They say it is already processed and shipped only 2 hours after order and then force you to receive the order. Then you have to pay return shipping to send it back for a refund. No business model or service to this company. They take your money and keep giving excuses why they can't help.
