Review: I purchased 25 cell phones and almost every phone was defective. This business doesn't usually accept returns, but they told me to send them back and they would issue me a refund because they weren't as described. I kept 7 of the 25 phones that were functional and sent back the other 18 expecting a refund in the amount of $3,690. I paid $205 for each phone. I also sent back 2 other devices from a previous order... I paid $225 for one phone and $205 for the other, so the total that they owe me is $4,120. I tried contacting them numerous times since last [redacted] (February [redacted], 2015) and have not gotten a response. I have a receipt showing that I paid them via wire transfer and also tracking that shows I shipped the phones back.Desired Settlement: I would like a full refund in the amount of $4,120.
