First off their email is fake...comes back unknown..second, even when I have *** call them no one answers their phone..third my order has supposedly been sitting for 2 weeks...this company is a hoax !

I ordered two chrome books from Walmart for my business, Unlock Gadget was the seller, on July 9th. The listing stated the items were in stock and would arrive by July 20th. I emailed Unlock Gadget July 23rd because they would not answer the phone and the voicemail was full. Their response was they are working on getting my items in the mail and allow 24-48 hours for tracking to update. I email again today (July 30th) as the tracking hasn't changed and their response was my item still hasn't gotten in the mail and allow for a couple more days for tracking to update. This is unacceptable and I have emailed Walmart.com customer service to notify them of the shady business operating under Walmart.com but have not received a response yet. Resolution desired is to have all my money refunded.

I ordered a laptop through walmart, this company is a third party seller, they however have stolen my money and not delivered what I ordered. they took my money, created a shipping label and delayed shipment. Ive contacted walmart, who has reached out and I have contacted this company and left a review. I want my money back or what I ordered.

I bought the iMac desktop from that company back in January when I used it three times and now when I turn on shut down and does not work and They cannot help me with that and I still have a one year warranty

Unlock Gadget is extremely unprofessional and has horrible customer service. I recently ordered a laptop off of walmart.com, who does business with Unlock Gadget. And it was the worst 27 days of horrible customer service I’ve ever had to experience. My order was supposed to be delivered on April 27th of 2020, but it never came. So I called the business hoping to speak to someone and figure out where my item is and why hasn’t it arrived. No one answered and the call went straight to voicemail, and I wasn’t able to leave a message because the mailbox was full. So I tried emailing the business instead, I sent an email explaining my concerns and about a week and a half later, no response. So I tried giving them another call and again, it doesn’t even ring, just goes straight to voicemail. Surprisingly, this time the mailbox isn’t full and I am able to leave a message. So I leave a message and also sent another email asking about my order. Two weeks later, I still don't get any sort of response from the business. They never returned any of my phone calks or emails and they never answer their phone. Usps tells me that Unlock Gadget never even shipped my item and that they are still waiting it’s arrival. The one and only update I’ve ever received from them about my order was on April, 15th 2020 that the item was delayed. Never received another update. I told Walmart about the issue and they also called multiple times and couldn’t reach anyone. Walmart also emailed the business and the business never even responded to Walmart which is the company they do businesses with. My item sat in their warehouse for 27 days, and never went anywhere. I’m not sure if they forgot about my item or lost it or what ever happened with that. Walmart apologized to me on behalf of Unlock Gadget for the bad customer service and offered me a refund in which I had to take. Also there are reviews of their website about Unlock Gadget, sending out orders with missing parts and broken or damaged parts. Some people even say they got a totally different item then what they actually ordered. After 27 days of waiting with no updates or phone calls, or emails from the business I decided that was enough and had Walmart issue me a refund.

I ordered a laptop from Unlock Gadgets, where the add implied a new laptop was for sale, but just an older version. In reality, I received a refurbished laptop. Other laptops on that site stated they were refurbished in the ad, but the one I ordered never stated refurbished, therefore implying I was receiving a new laptop. I am positive the laptop is refurbished, as there is still records from the previous owner on the computer. The ad also states that my battery would last up to 10 hours per charge, but I'm lucky if I get 4 hours on a full charge, which is probably because it is the original charger to the refurbished computer. The ad for this product was very misleading. They advertised like I was getting a new computer, which in fact was not the case.

I ordered a computer from them a month ago. Never received the computer and refuses to refund my money.

I was provided two 2 separate Return labels. I mailed the items as instructed. Obtained confirmation both items were received on 4/13/2020 at 3:32 pm via Fed Ex (FEDEX tracking: *** & FEDEX tracking: ***). I’ve only received a REFUND on one (1) item. When I contacted last Thur, I was told allow a few days. Called yesterday, finally spoke with someone after an hour on hold. Then transferred; held another 50 min. Finally someone answered but then hung up. Please assist. Thank you.

I ordered a computer from this company and they never shipped my item. They don't answer the phone and they barely answer emails. I asked for a refund and when they finally responded they said it will be done but they never did it. I contacted Walmart.com and they refunded my money. This business is scamming people and they need to be shut down.

I ordered a computer from *** who deals with Unlock Gadgets. I ordered a brand new computer HPElitebook and paid $40 for delivery. I needed the computer for work from home Unlock Gadget sent me a beat up used HP Chromebook.

My name is *** February 6,2020 I ordered through Walmart online a laptop Acer 720 computer I did receive my order however it was not what I wanted so I returned it for my refund,the computer was returned to unlock gadget February 15,2020 there advertisement states 5 days before refund is returned.unlock gadgets address *** I have contacted Walmart costomer service they claim a refund was issued to me on February 10,2020 it does not show up on my bank account.my order number *** my fed ex tracking number *** please investigate total price $69.99 thank you.

I purchased a “certified” refurbishedMacBook Pro from Unlock Gadget. It arrived with the RAM having been removed, it will not turn on, and this company thought it was ok to ship it out like that. I wish I could give them 0 stars.

Ordered a computer over a month ago. The company had been paid. They still have not shipped the product but have told me on 3 occasions it has been shipped. They will not answer phone calls, the voicemail is full, and emails from them are sporadic.

I paid extra to have an item shipped to me next day. This was on Aug 6th. My package is not due to arrive until Aug 10th. I have contacted the company with no response from them.

Sometimes between 02/13/2019 and 02/18/2019 purchased ten pieces of used lab via ***; upon receipt of the order, I realized the products were not as advertised. I immediately contacted *** that linked me to the above listed business as the seller. I expressed and dissatisfaction and they forwarded me a returned tag which I used to return the items on the same day, 02/26/2019.
I followed up with *** and Unlock Gadget twice and have gotten nowhere with my refund; *** keeps referring me to the Unlock Gadget and they keep telling me that it takes time to process the refund. It has been more than a month now.

I bought cell phones and other products in bulk for resale from Unlock Gadget/***. Phones were not as described so requested a replacement, and left the products with the company, but this was never honored. Currently, ***/Unlock Gadget owes me $6105 in merchandise. I am requesting either a refund or replacement.

I have been trying to get the computer sent back and get a refund. Have been calling and emailing them. They answered 2 times over email and 1 time over phone. Told me they were going to send me an email so I can send it back. And I haven’t gotten anything. This has been going on over 3 weeks.
