Review: I purchased an iPhone 4 on 11-08-2013. At the time I was told it was a new phone. While learning how to use the phone I was having problems with hanging up on the person I was talking to. Another problem was I would accidentally press the Mute key or a digit key that would beep in the other persons ear. The problem was the proximity sensor did not work. This blanks out the phone screen so the above does not happen. Attempts were made by the seller to have the phone repaired. After a couple of weeks they gave me a different phone and I had the same problem with this phone. I returned the phone and they tried again to have the phone repaired. They gave me another phone, this is an Android phone, to use until the second one got repaired. Three weeks later an numerous calls to the company I still do not have a working iPhone. I call every day to talk to the owner, but he never returns my calls. He did return my call on 1-18-2014 and requested I give him 48 hours and he would have a resolution. This was to be another iPhone 4 or an iPhone 4s. Again I called every day and he does not return my calls. When I first had the problem I asked for my money back but he said it was not his policy to return any money. I think I have been more that patient with the owner and given him plenty of time to resolve the problem. There was a delay from the time the phone was purchased and the problem was identified because I had to get a new SIM card from my carrier and started using the phone.Desired Settlement: I only want the owner to find a working iPhone 4/4s or refund my money.

Review: Had a phone for sale on Craigslist, received a call from "unlocked global phones" on Carson street about buying the phone outright from me for $370 usd. After taking time out of my day to take it down and bringing the phone they conned me into giving it to them on "consignment" with a verbal guarantee that it would be sold within the next week. After not receiving a call for a week I called and confirmed that the phone was sold. I drive down yet again to pick up my money, yet again I was told a ridiculous story about how they can't give me the money today and said tomorrow would be good and they guaranteed to have my money. I drove down the next day with the same pitiful service and terrible representation of the business. Then a little over a month after my initial dropping off of the phone I came yet again, this time waiting for the manager. After talking to him and receiving his lies and absurd story, he guaranteed me that the phone was sold and that a check would be mailed out the next business day and would arrive within the next two days. After waiting over two weeks nothing has come and no service has been provided. Over the course of these two months I was promised to be called at least 10 times with information and never received not one form of communication, service and the workers have been the absolute worst that I have ever had to deal with. No effort is put forth by the company and in my opinion the company should not even exist if this is how they treat their customers and have such a terrible service and communication.Desired Settlement: I would like my $370 cash (usd) as I was promised two months ago. I would like this to be made out immediately and I would like to personally pick up the check because this company cannot be trusted.
