Hello, I had already responded to this dispute in that she has not provided enough information for any research to be completed prior to responding- we need specific information related to the patient account so that we can identify them and any other documentationAll this person did was update her phone number- we will not contact her until we have had an opportunity to review the documentation and specifics to her disputeIf she would rather she con contact me directly at my email address copying [redacted] in order to maintain confidentialityThank you,

Hello, I have reviewed this patient's entire file and there was never any BCBS insurance information ever providedThe charges were registered as self pay and back in September of we were provided with VA coverage and at that time all charges were submittedVA denied all charges as not
covered, but again no BCBS insurance information was ever given to UNM medical groupAs far as the concern regarding her "care" this would need to be escalated to our Risk Management to *** *** *** Executive Director of Risk managementThank you,

For the UNM medical group the only bills we have for this patient are $130.00, his insurance paid the claim and was assessed a $91.00. The amount he is citing in this dispute must be for the hospital and if that is the case this complaint must be sent to the University of New Mexico for review...

and response. I will not add any "personal" information into this response, however if he is still sure that he was not treated by the physician on this day he is more than happy to email me directly on a secure email site and I will be happy to review.
