Review: The credit card that I used to subscribe to UMCheeky was stolen. I cancelled it and updated my billing information on the website so that I would continue to receive my subscription. However, I stopped receiving anything but continued to be billed. I contacted the company, who promptly sent out one shipment. Though they missed two shipments, I was happy with the prompt service and let it go. The following month, I AGAIN received no shipment. At this time, I went through the cancellation process on their website. I even got a reply email confirming cancellation. I was charged anyway. With no shipment. When I went to contact them via the website, the website is closed.Desired Settlement: Obviously this company is not reliable or responsible. I would like my credit card to be credited $24 for the four months that I did NOT get a delivery but was charged. I would like for my subscription to be cancelled AGAIN and to NEVER have another charge put on my card from this company.

Review: I subscribed to Unmentionaly Cheeky in 2013 and in July 2014 I tried to unsubscribe. I continued to get goods sent to me and continued to be billed every month. I followed their website's protocol for canceling 3 times now and still continue to be billed and continue to receive unwanted products.Desired Settlement: I would like a refund for the 3 months I tried to cancel. I would also like to further action to be taken so that others do not have to go through this frustrating process. The company is irresponsible and should be shut down.
