Soho shop
The staff at the NY Soho shop treated me very professionally and kindly, I am very happy with my bracelets. I can´t wait to the next xmas, my family will be impressed.

Nice service
I am so happy with this brand. First of all I love all their products they are handcrafted and really artistic designs. On the other hand I have recently purchased a bracelet that I loved, I had several doubts to choose the right item and Customer Servce had helped me a lot.

I had some trouble with the delivery but they helped me to solve it really fast. I am really pleased with the brand and its Customer Service.

Worse experience ever
I did an order 6th August,2022 and till now didn’t receive it , when I sent email they replied after two weeks that the bracelet has been sent by mistake to another customer, till today I never received my bracelet . Pls be aware of this company

I had purchased two bracelets for my mom at UNO de 50 store in Boca Raton. I wanted this to be a special purchase for my mom. I was in Florida, because my father had a subdural hematoma and had ended up in ICU at Broward Health hospital. During that transaction, I had gotten a credit of $58.80, which I decided to use at a later time.

When I came back to Atlanta, GA, where I reside, I was got diagnosed with stomach cancer. My husband wanted me to buy jewelry, as a gift for me. So, I decided to go to Lenox store UNO de 50 mall to use that credit. Meghan, the store manager, had a hard time finding the credit. I found a ring Sor Tijon on sale and decided to apply that credit to that purchase (Series # Z44T, 4443). I called the store several times and was told again they couldn't find my credit, and to call back when Meghan gets to the store. I, finally, got a hold of Meghan. I ordered the ring, paid a little extra more on my credit card, and wanted it to be mailed to my house on January 7, 2019. Meghan promised me, she would mail the ring on January 7th so that I would receive the ring in couple of days. Yesterday was January 14, I called the store after several chemo treatments, I am amazed I remembered that I had ordered this ring. I realized, I didn't have my ring. Cynthia, an associate, at the store told me Meghan would be in at 9:00 a.m. tomorrow and to call back than. I told her, please, have Meghan call me, I'm the customer and I have been waiting for this piece of jewelry for a long time. waited till 10:00 am, no call from Meghan. I called the store and Meghan picks up the phone. She told me, she had been out of the store and had told the associate to mail the ring on January 7th. If I had passed away, that ring would still be sitting at the Lenox store, because no one DID anything. NOTHING, during the period of January 7th through January 15th, nobody realized that ring had to be mailed. I'm thoroughly disappointed and amazed at the level of care and unaccountability.

Also, on top of all that, one of the bracelets that I had bought for my mom broke. So your quality is questionable. I have to say it's been an absolute distasteful experience dealing with buying anything from your store all the way from Florida to here in Georgia. This ring, that I had been waiting for anxiously is going to be a reminder of never to set foot in your store.

I was at the international mall to new day 50 retail store today attempting to return the ring that I was told by her former manager I could bring in and swap out for different merchandise since the ring did not fit… I was unable to locate the receipt but the ring is clearly brand new and in Boston with their logo they would not return the ring the very young manager at the store was extremely rude and condescending. She told me that she was going to work with me to make the exchange and then she got a call from one of her other managers And then she told me there was nothing she could do. I have spent thousands of dollars in this particular store get in their computer they have my name and phone number but no records of any sales whatever the recordkeeping as it’s very antiquated as they should be showing many purchases since they opened an international mall. I would never recommend to anybody if they purchase their products from that store.

Typos above from auto correct...the ting was embossed with their logo, brand new. It is very unfortunate that the company picks such young immature managers.

I received the worse customer service from the manager of the store at Santa Clara, CA location, her name is Elizza.
My husband spend $1100 in Palo Alto, CA location for Valentines' Day. I ended up not to like several items and decided to return them to Valley Fair Uno De 50 location driving there 40 miles from my home.
I came to the store and requested the return, the lady over the counter told me they don't do returns, she can offer store credit. I was OK with that, because I buy their stuff pretty often. The value of the return was $740, she said they don't have gift cards on hands and she can't process the store credit, It was very surprising for the big company like them. I asked her if I can have some kind of prove of the store credit, she said yes, putting my original receipt and jewelry on the side telling me she would call me in several days. I was confused, because she wanted me to leave my jewelry and original receipt there, I told her that I never heard about getting store credit in this way, after what she gave me an attitude raising her voice and saying she was the manager and she knew what she was doing. Also she mentioned that in case she won't call me, I can come with the police there to claim my store credit, which is complete nonsense and unprofessional behavior. If you are the manager, you need to make sure you will make your customer trust you and explain in details the issue with the gift card shortage properly, the customer is doing the favor for you in this situation being understandable and accepting it. Very disappointed that there are unprofessional people like Elizza who don't know what customer service is and obviously ruining reputation of the company.

I have purchased several items from Unode50 and it has always been a good experience at the San Francisco store, but I purchased a necklace there and decided to give it to my daughter as a gift. I then went to the Unode50 website to repurchase the same necklace for myself. It was still the same price as I purchased it a couple of months earlier which was $185 + tax. However, when I finalized the order, I noticed the price increased to $199 + tax. I went back to the website and it still said $185+tax. So that same night, I contacted Unode50, writing them an email, asking for my $14 back. Should have been no problem, right. Well they said they would not give me the money they overcharged me! They did ask me if I had a screenshot, but they had updated their website to the $199 from the time I contacted them to the time they responded to me, so obviously they knew it had been wrong. Their website price did not match their shopping cart price (so my final charge was higher). As a matter of principle, I will not purchase anything else from this company, because they acted unethically and in an untrustworthy manner toward me. I have found that their quality has always been high and their sales reps are great, but basically they ripped me off. Be careful if you are purchasing something through their website so you do not get overcharged like I did. They will not make it right! I appealed to them two different times.

I received the worse customer service ever from Unode50! I purchased a ring on the weekend for my girlfriend and I discussed with the salesperson that I think my girlfriend won't like it and I may return it. He told me that won't be a problem and he did not bother to mention that they do not have full refund policy. I went to return it today and I am very disappointed with the poor customer service I received. The store manager was very rude and I am definitely not going back to the store. if I was told I will be only getting a store credit I would probably thought twice about making the purchase. what is upsetting more is that the salesperson knew that I did not love the ring and I most likely will return it, what a shame to treat your repeated clients like that and to conduct business in the manner just to make a sale. You lost a good client over $130

I recently experienced the same issue with Uno de50 in Boca Raton FL. I purchased a $309 watch over the phone and was NEVER advised that it could not be returned for a refund. I told sales person it was a gift, wherein she should have told me about their policies of no refunds, only store credit. The same watch went on sale for 30% off 2 weeks later, UNOde50 will NOT adjust my charge, will not let me return and repurchase at reduced price, they’re response is that they would give me store credit for difference. This gift was purchased with several friends chipping in, a store credit would not be acceptable. No one gets back to me, between UNOde50 themselves or the actual store. Very bad customer service.

Several of the typos above are from auto correct… Sorry for that because I want to give a very honest and clear Assessment of my experience.. mostly to sum it up it was a terrible experience from a place that I spent a great deal of money and they were very apathetic !

Review: My daughter went to purchase a gift for my 50th birthday, and asked salesperson twice before making purchase if items could be returned because she was not sure I would like the items. The salesperson both times replied yes only, never bother to add that it could only be credit or exchange. My daughter spent $438.85 in a necklace and bracelet that I do not like. When she tried to return the merchandise, that's when the salesperson decides to mention the refund policy. I have spent the last 3 weeks calling their corporate office at least 3 times a week, and I have been given a phone number to aomeone that is not receiving calls at this time,told I will get a call back -didn't happen-,when I asked to speak to speak to someone higher in charge -[redacted]- I'm told that someone else will get back to me. It is shameful that these people conduct business this way. This all could have been avoided if the salesperson would have said we so not refund any money, and my daughter would have never purchased anything from the store. We would have ordered from their website because they do refund you there. [redacted] and [redacted] are all aware of this issue, and they have all ignored me in one way or another. What they all have in common is lack of customer service skills. I work in retail myself, and would never purposely misinform a customer for the sake of making a sale!!!Desired Settlement: I would like to purchase the one item I liked from the store, and have a refund issued for the balance.
