We received complaint number [redacted] that was filed on 5/5/by [redacted] We received the complaint via letter so when I tried to respond online, I couldn’t find the option to respond so I am responding via this letterI have tried calling [redacted] Twice and both times, the phone didn’t ring so there must be a phone number errorI Did send her an email tonight apologizing and offering a full refund and left my contact information so we can get her the refund as well as something to try to get her to visit us again
