This has to be the absolute WORST company I have ever ordered from. It's been over 6 weeks since I've order and I still don't have my product. They have provided no indication up front that it would take this long and there has been NO COMMUNICATION from them each time it is delayed. I have to wait until the date passes and contact them just to find out there is another delay!!!! Customer service has NEVER answered the phone when I call...NOT ONCE! The online chat is NEVER available, and they reply to e-mails whenever they wish it seems. NEVER ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!
