Review: I had made a comment about the extremely high price of a part, and the "customer service" person was not only exceptionally rude and condescending, but also resorted to name calling, suggesting that I was unintelligent, swearing, and deleting/editing comments on the page in question in order to make him and his company look better. I demanded a phone number of which I could speak to someone in charge, and was instead once again ridiculed and flatly refused to be given such a number. I found it through [redacted] in any case, and when I made mention that I found it anyways, he said to "Speak with the my [redacted], he'll be waiting for your call as he's already seen your lunatic rant. He looks forward to confirming we don't need customers who act like enemies and make baseless uneducated comments from moment one. Have a nice life tough guy! Karma is [redacted] and she will find you :-[redacted] :)" upon which I replied "And has he seen the ** you posted to me? Prolly not because you deleted the crap YOU said. I didn't start "acting like an enemy" until your smart mouth started spewing fourth its [redacted]. I'm going to assume you meant " [redacted] and I'll make sure whoever I talk to knows about that too. I notice YOU'RE pretty tough with a country between us, and wouldn't dare to talk like this to anyone's face, you're a coward. Why am I not surprised you're from NY?" Admittedly I was not polite at this point, but I DID start out so until the situation degenerated by his attitude.Desired Settlement: I want a full written apology not only mail to me, but also posted on my social networking site, and posted on theirs, and a promise of improved customer service, along with the termination of the employee that started this entire thing
