Great experience with Unplugged's Kelsey
My experience with Unplugged Concepts has been fantastic, and I've been a client for around a year and a half. Kelsey is my representative, and she's the best: professional, friendly, and patient, even when I make mistakes with my trip dates. When my friends ask why I use Unplugged Concepts, I tell them that I call them, state my needs, and it gets done while saving me money.

To whom it may concern, Mr [redacted] called two days after purchase with questions about productHis one concern was interest on the credit card and paymentWe answered all questions and recommended to move off his credit card and move it to a zero balance cardWe even assisted with the processWe are again reaching out to not only Mr [redacted] but to all his family as it is very obvious no one has any idea what the services package even offersThis is evidenced in the s*ment there are fees involved in the airfaresThere are none aside from a per ticket refundable deposit to cover the airfare taxes on the airfares that came with the services packageThis was explained to him at the eventWe would welcome Mr [redacted] to do a refresher tutorial as well as any of his family to truly understand the wonderful product that he hasAgain as clearly stated in the paperwork that I personally went over with Mr [redacted] that day there is no refunding the cost of the product and is why we are proud of our very no pressure approach to our services and how it worksI will finish by simply reaching out to Mr [redacted] and family and hoping you will take the time to again understand why you came on board with our services back in August

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because it is painfully obvious to my family, myself, and your company that my grandfather had no idea what he was getting himself into when he signed up for the membership with your companyHe did not understand the services or the obligations being sold to himHis health prevents him from travelingHe completely understands that Because of that we believe he was ultimately pressured into signing with your company We will not be accepting your offer to educate us about your companyWe are seeking a full refundThe fact that your company has been unwilling to refund any of the almost $6,he was charged solidifies to us that he was taken advantage ofWe will be seeking legal counsel to help with future negotiations with your company We will close by simply asking for your cooperation with refunding his money and canceling his membership Regards, [redacted] With [redacted] ***

As stated in the contract that Mr and Mrs [redacted] attached with their complaint, you can plainly read on the 4th page of the faxed sheets, bottom paragraph, last sentence, right above Mrand Mrs***'s signatures (it clearly states): ', I understand that the Total Cost of The Membership Fee is non-refundable' We have many senior members who are very, very happy with their purchase, and their membership And as Mrand Mrs [redacted] shared with us when we met with them, this program gives them and their family infinite opportunities to travel and enjoy vacations And since there is no option to refund, we would like to offer out assistance again to Mrand Mrs [redacted] and their family so they, too, can learn how to access all the amazing options that are available to them!

Dear ** *** let me start off by simply saying I am very troubled and dissappointed by the complaint filed by your granddaughterShe has no idea what product and services you purchased as evidenced in her remark of a "legacy program" as we have no such product
When Mr*** came to our invatation after seeing how our product and services worked was very excited about the benefits that would come not only to him but to his family as well.The idea of being able to leave the product and services for generations to come was very appealing to him as there are no continueing cost of any kind such as club dues, maintenence fees, etcto payThis was what was meant by the term legacyWith the average age client that purchases our program being years plus this is a MAJOR benefit for our clientsWe do many tutorials with children as well as grandchildrenAs we do these tutorials with the children and grandchildren they become very excited as wellThis tutorial I am speaking of was offered to your granddaughter as wellThe granddaughter continued to be abusive and aggressive dismissing the tutorial and hung up. The offer of a tutorial for ANY of your children or grandchildren still stands as we would love for everyone in your family to understand what a wonderful program you have and they can enjoy as wellAs for canceling the program and refunding it was explained to your grandaughter our company have many costs that are not refundable when the account is activated such as activation cost, additional airfares that are registered to them, etcThis being said there is no viable option to cancel the services and product as we have fufilled every promise made at time of purchaseWe activated his product withen the week as promised, sent out the additional airfares as promised by certified mail even assiting with a zero balance transfer option on his credit card to minimize payment. I will finish this response by again reaching out to you Mr***, your children and any grandchildren you give us permission to do a tutorial with to truly understand what a wonderful program you put in place for yourself and future generations to comePlease let me know if I can assist with any additional questions at any time

I am rejecting this response because:
I called the following morning to cancel the $6,000 membership. This was before you sent out the package via certified mail. I was told that it was too late even then to cancel. I understand there are fees involved, but to completely refuse to refund and cancel the membership is unacceptable. I will gladly return all vouchers sent to me. The free flights sent require fees to be paid that were not made clear to me. I do not want to be a part of your organization. Nor do my children. There must be some way to come to an agreement. I would like a refund and the membership canceled.Regards,[redacted]
