The complaint submitted is simply not true Ms [redacted] was never told that she wouldn't be charged a fee We always disclose our program fee both verbally while on the phone with our customers, and in writing on our program contract She signed that contract, which specifically details our program fee in bold writing It's not in small print Ms [redacted] agreed to pay our program fee ahead of time, signed the contract, then we delivered exactly what she was looking for, an unsecured loan at a fantastic interest rate And now she is simply trying to get out of paying the consulting fee that she agreed to pay Her basis to her complaint is a lie, which I have provided evidence of by attaching the contract she signed where she clearly indicated she understood our program fee and wanted to move forward in the process Our contract provides an out if somebody doesn't want to pay the fee, all they have to do is not accept the loan we assist them with, and they owe us nothing Ms [redacted] did accept the loan, however, and now is just looking for a way to get something for free This dishonest complaint should not count against our perfect Revdex.com record as it's basis is untrue

Our fees are disclosed prominently and clearly in a contract Mr [redacted] signed before moving forward with our program The section detailing our service fee and the payment terms is high lighted in large bold letters That signed contract provided and easy out for Mr [redacted] , if he didn't like the loans he was offered or decided he did not want to pay the consulting fee, he was free to walk away from the loans we helped procure for him and he wouldn't owe us a dime Mr [redacted] chose to accept the loans because we delivered exactly what we said we would and helped him get his high interest debt consolidated into much lower and simple interest loans By choosing to accept the loans, he triggered the clause in our contract where he promised to pay 9.9% of the loan amount after he had closed on the loan(s) Our program is based on the honor system We do not charge anything upfront This is simply a situation where we did exactly what we promised to do, and unfortunately the client is not doing what he agreed before moving forward to do, and pay our consulting fee I'd be happy to provide a copy of the signed contract if requested In terms of a payment arrangement, we will contact Mr [redacted] directly to come to an agreement

While speaking with Ms*** on the phone, she obviously misunderstood how our fee worked We explain to every client that our fee is a one time fee of 9.9% of the dollar amount of the loan if a client decides to accept it Then we break down that if you take that one time fee and divide it over the course of the term loan, divided by = 1.98% each year So the client is essentially paying that much extra on top of their loan interest rate to use our service Instead of adding the extra percentage onto each year of the loan, we charge the whole 9.9% at once upon the client receiving their money We even build the fee into the loan by getting the client extra money so they can cover our service fee and walk away with enough money still The fact that our 9.9% fee is due in full within days of the client receiving the loan is very clear in our contract, and once again, it's even in bold letters In no way does that constitute bait and switch It's 100% clear in our contract I understand that misunderstandings happen when people are talking on the phone, but that's exactly why we have a written contract A written contract ensures that our service process and fees are clear and understood Ms *** signed this contract, so I am not sure why she didn't understand how the fee worked, unless she signed it without reading it But that would be beyond our control

Thank you for this email
I am not happy with the service I received from the company I filed the complaint. I understand that I signed an agreement that was not what was told to me verbally and therefore may be liable
I wanted the Revdex.com to know that this was happening and misleading consumers
I am going to file with the CFPB as well as I believe the companys getting the business are not aware that this service is being done and that they are making money off the their lending
Just wanted to share
Thank you

Complaint: ***I am rejecting this response because:Sincerely,*** ***
This contract I signed should be void The means in which this company gets "low rates" is 100% unethical The individuals that called me on the phone attempted to coax me through talking with the banks They wanted me to lie to the banks and say I was NOT looking for a consolidation loan even though that is exactly what I needed I refused to do this and contacted banks on my own (one bank being here in Las Vegas that I went to the bank myself and procured $9,000) so not sure why I am being charged for that $9, They have no clue what I did on my own to procure my loans but I refused to lie to the banks I also stopped answering this companies phone calls after I realized their "consultation" included a huge and illegal lie The other two banks I contacted on my own as well, they only thing they did do was reference me banks and tell me to lie to them to get a lower rate I also attempted to avoid their calls and attempted the loans on my own after I realized they wanted me to utilize an unethical measure to get a lower rate I did not get a low rate because of my refusal to lie to the banks and got consolidation loans When I signed that contract I was under the impression this company was a consolidation loan company I was wrong and my refusal to pay this outrageous fee should be considered as well within my rights of refusal as a customer You should really investigate how this company works as it seems they are very unethical and telling other people to lie to the banks to get a lower rate

The complaint submitted is simply not true.  Ms [redacted] was never told that she wouldn't be charged a fee.  We always disclose our program fee both verbally while on the phone with our customers, and in writing on our program contract.  She signed that contract, which specifically details our program fee in bold writing.  It's not in small print.  Ms [redacted] agreed to pay our program fee ahead of time, signed the contract, then we delivered exactly what she was looking for, an unsecured loan at a fantastic interest rate.  And now she is simply trying to get out of paying the consulting fee that she agreed to pay.  Her basis to her complaint is a lie, which I have provided evidence of by attaching the contract she signed where she clearly indicated she understood our program fee and wanted to move forward in the process.  Our contract provides an out if somebody doesn't want to pay the fee, all they have to do is not accept the loan we assist them with, and they owe us nothing.  Ms [redacted] did accept the loan, however, and now is just looking for a way to get something for free.  This dishonest complaint should not count against our perfect Revdex.com record as it's basis is untrue.

I was searching for a way to fund my business. I found this company on the web. From beginning to end, [redacted] was there. This was especially true considering they went out of their way to help me since my needs were a little different they had to manage more. In the beginning, I tested everything they said. There claims on how much funding they could procure and how much it would cost (including their predictions on interest rates) were accurate in the end. I feel the people at this company really know what they are doing and I received the help I was looking for. I plan to use this company in the future for my funding needs.

I've been working with [redacted] (the new [redacted]) and he has been nothing but courteous, informative and efficient. In fact, Kyle gave, which I thought to be his honest opinion about rejecting a loan offer because the interest rate was very high. He easily could have suggested that I move forward and made a commission, but as he explained, it would not have been in my best interest. I appreciate that I was able to work with a consultant who had my best interest in mind. I found the experience to be very helpful overall.
