This client was given an appointment by myself, Tiffany F* She explained her hair and what she wanted I responded by saying Lacy will do her best, I cannot guarantee the results without actually seeing her hair, but she was in good hands The condition of the client's hair was fragile to start with It had not been cut in over a year, explained said clientLacy started by saying she would need to cut the frayed hair prior to the hair color chemical service The color of the clients hair was red and she wanted an "icy blonde" Lacy explained that it would need to be done over time and one process was not going to do it ESPECIALLY with the condition it was in the decided to cut some off and go from there This client was not happy because she didn't get the result she wanted This process takes time you cannot do it in one step let alone day without damage I quoted her $over the phone and she said that's fine Lacy charged $160, she knew the client wasn't happy with the outcome and advised her to schedule another appt to work on it after a while so it would have time to hydrate This client was made aware that her hair would be shorter and not as light as she would've liked She and her mother both commented that they liked it and it looked "so healthy after it was cut".She was charged $and left a $time(If she would've left a $time wouldn't that say how much she liked it???!!!Lacy performed a service in which she was very clear what the outcome would beUnfortunately for the said client it wasn't the instant gratification she wantedShe seeked out anothe stylist who bleached her hair out for her and gave what she wanted the 2nd time which is what would've happened if she had been patient. Now there are the questions of her making multiple phone calls and leaving tons of messages Well, this is simply not true I do not have any messages rather it be facebook which they do not go away and cannot be deleted, or my voicemail which we have team members on our staff that do not recall this at all The only staff member that has any of these messages are via text messages to Lacy In which she states she left voicemail message, in that, I think was the one to make her initial appt It was not brought to my attention at all that she had not been satisfied I will not give her money back because we feel she paid the hour service she received

I am rejecting this response because: The events the salon are saying are not truthful And I have and can provide screenshots of all the days and times I called the salonIn which my calls went unanswered or unturnedIn additional id like to add that I only did contact another stylist because the next day after my visit to untangled salon,My hair broke off horribly leaving me with uneven hair, that left me no choice but to have it cut to my shoulders in a " bob" hairstyle, in order for my hair to appear suitableMy hair was no fraigle, seeing that I just had a baby a fees prior to going to the salon, which I took multiple vitiams during my pregnancy and after because I am a breast feeding motherI also have pictures of the spotty hair, along with 4-different colors that were in my hair after I leftThe only reason I was generous with a tip in that amount is because YES I was okay with the 2" inches she cut off after the color was applied, but told her before I left I wasn't happy with the colorAnd that night when I got home and was able to thoroughly review my hair in a very well light bathroom is when I was even more dissatisfied with the outcome, and called immediately to the salon the next day, and up to the 17thWhich im unsure with this set up provided that any pictures can be sent with this response.

This client was given an appointment by myself, Tiffany F[redacted].  She explained her hair and what she wanted.  I responded by saying Lacy will do her best, I cannot guarantee the results without actually seeing her hair, but she was in good hands.  The condition of the client's hair was...

fragile to start with.  It had not been cut in over a year, explained said client. Lacy started by saying she would need to cut the frayed hair prior to the hair color chemical service.  The color of the clients hair was red and she wanted an "icy blonde".  Lacy explained that it would need to be done over time and one process was not going to do it.  ESPECIALLY with the condition it was in.  the decided to cut some off and go from there.  This client was not happy because she didn't get the result she wanted.  This process takes time you cannot do it in one step let alone 1 day without damage.  I quoted her $170 over the phone and she said that's fine.  Lacy charged $160, she knew the client wasn't happy with the outcome and advised her to schedule another appt to work on it after a while so it would have time to hydrate.  This client was made aware that her hair would be shorter and not as light as she would've liked.  She and her mother both commented that they liked it and it looked "so healthy after it was cut".She was charged $160 and left a $50 time. (If she would've left a $50 time wouldn't that say how much she liked it???!!!Lacy performed a service in which she was very clear what the outcome would be. Unfortunately for the said client it wasn't the instant gratification she wanted. She seeked out anothe stylist who bleached her hair out for her and gave what she wanted the 2nd time which is what would've happened if she had been patient. Now there are the questions of her making multiple phone calls and leaving tons of messages.  Well, this is simply not true.  I do not have any messages rather it be facebook which they do not go away and cannot be deleted, or my voicemail which we have 5 team members on our staff that do not recall this at all.  The only staff member that has any of these messages are via text messages to Lacy.  In which she states she left 1 voicemail message, in that, I think was the one to make her initial appt.  It was not brought to my attention at all that she had not been satisfied.  I will not give her money back because we feel she paid the 4 hour service she received.

I am rejecting this response because: The events the salon are saying are not truthful . And I have and can provide screenshots of all the days and times I called the salon. In which my calls went unanswered or unturned. In additional id like to add that I only did contact another stylist because the next day after my visit to untangled salon,My hair broke off horribly leaving me with uneven hair, that left me no choice but to have it cut to my shoulders in a " bob" hairstyle, in order for my hair to appear suitable. My hair was no fraigle, seeing that I just had a baby a fees prior to going to the salon, which I took multiple vitiams during my pregnancy and after because I am a breast feeding mother. I also have pictures of the spotty hair, along with 4-5 different colors that were in my hair after I left
The only reason I was generous with a tip in that amount is because YES I was okay with the 2" inches she cut off after the color was applied,  but told her before I left I wasn't happy with the color. And that night when I got home and was able to thoroughly review my hair in a very well light bathroom is when I was even more dissatisfied with the outcome, and called immediately to the salon the next day, and up to the 17th. Which im unsure with this set up provided that any pictures can be sent with this response.
