I am rejecting this response because: the statement provided by the business is complete falseWhen technician called on Friday May 25th, around 4pm, I clearly explained that pump is working properly and water is filteringThere was absolutely no issues with anything being stuck eitherI told technician not to come because everything seems to be working properly; technician stated that he will be in the area and will make a stop on May 29thI clearly stated that there was absolutely no need to do soI know the difference between warranty call and service call, I have never agreed for him to come hereHe insisted and still showed up without any need to do so.When technician showed up, he never even mentioned this is a service nor provided any service, as pump was working properly when he arrivedIf pump wasn’t working, I would’ve insisted on technician’s visit that same day appointment was scheduled to see what was wrong; but I never rescheduled anything, I simply canceled as his visit was not needed

After customer's initial request for a warranty service call, upon the advance call from the technician, the customer stated that it was too late in the day and to reschedule. Had the customer asked to cancel, we would have done so, and not followed up further.On the second scheduling, our
technician arrived to the customer's residence with the necessary parts to service the pump under warranty per the customer's request. However, the customer concern was found to not be a warranty concern, as this call was not covered under the manufacturer's warranty. The technician informed the customer of the issue, and that he would be responsible for the non-warranty service call charge. The problem was found to be a stuck skimmer weir causing prime loss, not a failure in the pump.The customer further chose to use his service call to have the technician review all aspects of his pool equipment with him, after which our technician departed.We feel this service call invoice is correct and appropriate for the services rendered, on the request of the customer. At no point was the call request canceled in any way, or we would have done so immediately
