Untouchable Towing

Review: Untouchable Towing is the most rudest and terrible customer service I've ever witnessed. They should not be in the Towing business.

On July 30th, 2013 we placed a phone call to 1 800 I'm Stuck about 9 pm. They dispatched the call to Untouchable Towing and told us the guy should be there in 15 minutes. 30 mins goes by and we called the 1 800 # again, he says the guy should have called you. He gave us his cell # and connected us to the guy for Untouchable towing. We should have known right from the get that this wasn't going to be a good experience. He had an attitude like we disturbed him. He was very rude and aggressive on the phone saying I'm not responsible for any damage done to the car, I don't know if I can even help you, etc..(our car was stuck on big rock....long story) The guy said he will be there in 20 mins as he was coming from Middletown and we were in East Hampton at [redacted]'s Campground. In the meantime my husband and some guys decided to see if they can get this car off the rock as it's pitch black outside and we had my 3 yr old son sleeping in the back seat. The tow guy finally got there and came out barking mad as he seen they almost had the car off the rock and his help was no longer needed. He was very pushy and beligerent to us and was mad that his services were no longer needed. He was yelling at my husband on why didn't he call if he was all set. We had poor cell reception so I just texted him like 2 mins before stating we were all set. He start complaining he wants his money and he wants it now. My husband said but I just paid the 1-800 guy $95 on the phone why do I have to pay you too? Well he blew a gasket and started swearing F** this and F** that I want my money and I want it now. I told you on the phone I didn't know if I can help and now you are all set. You said you have cash give me my money now! I couldn't believe what I was hearing especially from someone who is in the business of Helping people out. He was no help, all he did was cause scene at a public family camp ground. He woke up my son and he was frightened as he sees this big guy up in his Daddy's face screaming and swearing. When my husband asked him to calm down and stop swearing, I never said I wasn't going to pay you, I was just asking you a question. The guy responded that I don't give a F** about your family or you I want my money and I wan't it F** now. All he was interested in was getting paid, he knew he wouldn't be able to help us out as he had a tow truck and we told him we need a wrench to lift the car. The guy went on to say I'm going to call the cops if you don't give me my money and then he threatened to tow our car away and F* you guys. Again I couldn't believe what was happening it was like a reality TV show, you couldn't make this stuff up. Even the owner of the camp ground was shell shock like what is going on......Needless to say we just paid the guy to get rid of him and he finally left. As a customer no one should have to put up with that kind of service, we already had major issues and he just added to the problem instead of helping. I wil never use their service again and will tell all my friends and family to never go there. They shouldn't be in business of towing as that guy had no clue what customer service is. We felt like we got ripped off and for what to have someone yell and swear at you and never assisted at all and the best part was we paid for it. Desired Settlement: I would like a formal apology and a refund. I don't know if we were dealing with the [redacted] of the company or what as we never got his name.

hi they was three guy stuck on a rock road side call us out we got they the 3 guys that was they was very nice drinking that night the lady [redacted] was f[redacted] you infront of the kid me and wife just wanted to get paid I told her to please stop saying that in front of my wife and her kid they was not going to pay me for my service had to tell them I was going to call the police then they got the cash together as we was pulling away she started to say F[redacted] you a hole in front of the 3 drunk guys will not stop also I think she need to be reported to DCF having 3 drunk guy around a small baby running on a rock she may have of had to much to drink also when I stated we was calling the police they paid me fast so we have nothing to hid we was doing and good thing by getting out of bad after hours to help them I should get apology letter in the mail we did not do nothing wrong sorry she fell that way. also making threatening remarks like we would get you you do not know who we are like we stated we do not do nothing wrong we do not want to hear about this case please have a great day call me [redacted]
