I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me and the matter has been resolved.

I've not been to their retail location. I placed my order online. I realized as soon as I opened the carton and saw the extremely (over-priced) cheap crap they sent me, I've been had! Their sales pitch sounds great. Free shipping ... including return shipping... etc., etc... However in my case, 2 of the shirts were marked "final sale!" ... not returnable! I was stuck with them! In my opinion they were not even worth $10 each. I was charged $88 each. $178.00 plus tax for both... which I had to eat. OK, lesson learned. After following their overly complicated return instructions, printing their "free" return label, removing from the carton the two rip-off, un returnable shirts, and bringing Pkg to the Post Office, I was told it would cost me $7, since carton weighed almost 2 LBS over what the "free" shipping label would cover. Mind you, I used the same carton I received from them, which was 2 shirts lighter than when I got it. The "free return shipping" turned out to be another part of their scam. I returned home, repacked their crap in a much smaller, lighter carton ... still overweight. The post office this time was kind enough to allow me to add 15 cents to UNTUCKit's bogus shipping label, which they then accepted. Now, we will see if these thieves will come up with another idea to further rip me off ... above and beyond the $178 they already screwed me out of. It will be interesting. If that happens, then I will take off the gloves and go after them, starting with a complaint to the attorney general ... and go up from there. My advice to anybody who feels they want to take a chance with these people is to NOT ORDER ANYTHING MARKED FINAL SALE!!! This will allow you to check out the cheap quality of their goods and at most be scammed out of the return postage... which is much better then the reaming they gave me. Their wonderful online reviews, I am convinced were generated from themselves. One supposedly happy customer (yeah right!)... even went to the trouble of making a (professional quality) video several minutes long touting the wonderful quality of their clothing. It was very interesting to watch. You could tell he was following a script. Unfortunately I didn't look-up any of their reviews until AFTER my purchase.

That said, we understand life gets in the way sometimes and so were willing to accept the return in full when we issued the return label on November [redacted]. The shirts came back 47 days later. Still in an effort to go above and beyond, we offered a full refund on one shirt and issued store credit on the other. Our Customer service rep's decision to provide a full credit on one shirt and a store credit for the other shirt is beyond what one should expect given the circumstance. To maintain our effort to go above and beyond, we have credited the customer for the second shirt.
