On December 26th, 2016 I was in a car wreck. I went to saint Mary's to receive service. I checked in. The line to be seen was way to long so I told the receptionist that I was going to a different hospital. Since then, I have been receiving a bill for $137 for being seen. I WAS NEVER SEEN! I have asked for a itemized statement and an invoice, and I have not received nothing. I told them either way, send the bill to my car insurance company and they will pay. They have never done it. Now, they have taken these fraudulent charges and turned them over to a collection agency who is currently ruining my credit. I have yet to receive a statement of who I was seen, the service I received, the name of the doctor, nothing. Because I was never seen.

On Dec 17,2017 I wrote a check for 82.90 for my ***'s bill. It has not been cashed yet. I have called several times and the only answer I can get is that the check was applied to account, but no one can tell me why the payment has not been withdrawn from the banking account.

they state the check was applied to account on 12/23/2017.

I don't know why it it taking them 6 months and counting to finish what should be a simple transaction I paid the bill, please take the money out of the banking account.

I have called in February, twice in March and one in April. the only thing anyone can tell me is that the check was applied to account. I have asked for an account statement twice and they have yet to send that to me.

After researching the complaint submitted by Mrs., we have found the bank incorrectly created our daily posting batching file for the day in question that included Mrs.’ check. In the daily bank batching posting file, which is built by the bank, for our team to post all of the daily payments from the bank didnot include her check in the file. They did however include your payment coupon of $82.90. A copy of her actual check was not included in the batch. The bank’s system automatically associated her payment coupon with the next check in the batch. The bank never deducted this amount from Mrs.’ account. We are in communication with the bank to correct the file error and are hopeful the issue will be resolved in the next few days. We have also reached out to Mrs. to update her on the situation. Below is my initial communication with Mrs.. Good afternoon Mrs., I received your Revdex.com letter today . I first want to say I’m very sorry for all for the issues you have encountered while trying to find out what has happened with your payment on your mother’s account.I’m not sure why the self pay collection group you spoke with did not follow-up on your issue other than to say the payment had been applied. When we are finished getting your mother’s accounts straight, I will follow up with that team for a training opportunity to prevent future issues like this from happening again. Further use, disclosure, or copying of information contained in this email is not authorized, and any such action should not be construed as a waiver of privilege or other confidentiality protections.
