Hello, I had brought traffic to my website back on 8/23/for $and again on 8/26/for $from *** *** And Reitz LLC who collect the money through Paypal
Mr *** never delivered my traffic so he said he would offer a refund but needed days to completeWell now it is 1/15/and still has not refunded the $I have the emails that Mr *** sent to me regarding this matter
I contacted my bank and they contact Mr *** and his statement was once the traffic starts there is no refund, well the traffic never started for my website, it started for someone else and it was not converting so he stopped it, and offered a refund to the other people and just would never pay it
