Uomo Da Milano received notice of the complaint assigned ID number of ***The store wishes to issue a statement of our side of the issue at hand and is as followed. On April 16, Mr*** entered Uomo Da Milano in the Galleria MallHe came in saying he wanted to take advantage of an
advertised promotion where the customer can buy one suit, get two freeAfter about an hour of trying on different suits, Mr*** made three selectionsAfter his purchase was rung up he was told the total price, but he was unsatisfiedWanting to keep Mr*** happy and make the sale, another deal for two suits-- one being a Calvin Kline, a belt, and a pair of Stacy Adams shoes -- for $including tax and alteration was agreed uponWhen Mr*** tried to pay he did not have enough money to pay the total $Mr*** agreed that he would pay $up front and the suits would be altered for when he would pick them up with the rest of the payment. When Mr*** came back on April 20, 2016, his suits were completely finished as agreed; however, Mr*** wanted to return his suitsThis was not possible because the suits were already altered to his specifications, and Uomo Da Milano cannot return a suit once it is altered, which is stated on our return policy in the front of the storeThis is when Mr*** called the police to try and force us to reimburse himThe police informed Mr*** that this was a civil matter and they could only mediateThis is when the police showed Mr*** the return policy that was posted in the front of the storeMr*** then proceeded to post reviews of this situation on various web sites and filed a complaint with the Revdex.comTwo weeks after Mr*** filed his complaint the Revdex.com contacted us to try and resolve the situation out side of the legal system, and we offered to return shoes and belt with 5% off the total price of the suits to appease Mr*** and he declined the offer. To settle this matter Uomo Da Milano would like for Mr*** to remove his post online and to pay the rest of his balanceIf we do not come to a satisfactory agreement Uomo Da Milano will taking legal action against Mr*** for his accusations online and for the money that is owed for his suits and the tailoring that was done to them. Regards,***

Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below
I'm sorry but I cannot trust anything the owner of this store saysHe advised *** that he wanted to let me return the shoes and belt and give me a refundI called him, he was ruse and hung up on me after he heard that I still will not be purchasing the suitsI had to mail his items back to him just to get them too himIF this man had done a FULL TAILOR JOB, he would have an argumentUnfortunately all he did was measure my waistAnd yes, I was unsatisfied with the fact that he has different price tags on his suitsIt's bait and switch at its bestTotally trying to take advantage of consumers with fine printHe even tried to explain to me why I was being charged for suits, even though the sale clearly states buy one suit get free.I would have to say his letter that I just read sounds like a demand letterI (as an american citizen) have the right to freedom of speechI left those reviews on Facebook and yelp and yellow pages, they were the EXACT SAME THING that I wrote to the Revdex.com and ***BECAUSE ITS MY RIGHT AS A CITIZENIf The owner wants those posts taken down, those 100% truthful honest posts about my experience at his store then he should consider doing proper business.Matter of fact he was SO upset about the reviews he had his own employees bash me publicly on yelpStating that "I don't look like I could even afford to shop in their store." I've included a screenshot of this.So in closing, I have returned his merchandise, his stitches can be taken out.I refuse to put any money into a business that takes advantage of consumers and then tries to bully themI will not pay this man one red centEven if he does decide to take me to court As of right now my bank is handling the money end of thingsI'm glad I had a chance to expose this business for what it really is and hopefully prevent future consumers from being taken advantage of.IF...and only IF I am to consider taking the posts down from these websites, the owner must refund my money and go on with his lifeI'm not purchasing anything from him, which is what I stated, when I called the store on 4/17/and was told that my order WILL BE CANCELEDHe lied then and I'm sure he's probably lying nowI have no further business with this manIf we cannot come to a conclusion...Then I guess I will see him in court
Regards,
