I apologize, the customer is correct my company dropped the ball on her move and I’m sorry that happenedI did send the customer a refund check in the mail for

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because my son called the day after as that is when he went to set it up. The TV was the last item moved out of the former apartment and was clearly loaded by the movers and then moved into the new apartment. My son and... his friend only moved boxes, no furniture including the TV was touched or moved by them. The movers claims made by the mover are unjust and unfounded. They are clearly responsible for the damage caused to the TV. If no resolution is found we will be bringing this to small claims court. Sincerely, [redacted]

I contacted this customer previously in order to inform him that Up & Down Movers LLC can not be held liable for any damage to this TV because his son had his friends helping him move in addition to our movers, and because we were not contacted until 3 days after the move occurred. If the move was completed solely by our movers and not friends of the customer, we would have been promted to take responsibility because we would have had a better idea of who was handling the items. It would have also been helpful if we were informed during the move as oppposed to 3 days later. I contacted this customer previously in order to inform him that Up & Down Movers LLC can not be held liable for any damage to this TV because his son had his friends helping him move in addition to our movers, and because we were not contacted until 3 days after the move occurred.
