Instead of replacing the whole head we try to save the head by replacing just the manifold. There Is only one kind of manifold that will work for this. This saves the customer approx. $1000.
We do not re-label someone else's ink. We receive it from our supplier with our label attached. We sell it at 1/2 the cost of the [redacted] inks.
This customer Is on a C.O.D. basis because of their payment history. I have attached a copy of his payment for which he referring to. We also give out a paid receipt every time we receive a payment of anytype.
We have recently had to turn this customer (over to collections for an outstanding balance on his account. I do believe this Is why he is making this complaint.
I regret that this situation turned out this way. But in no way do I believe that we have done anything wrong. This customer has even purchased product from us after this incident.
