We feel bad that Miss *** had a negative experienceWe tried to go the extra mile for her so she could get her payment before mothers day.She did not get her paperwork for payment into us on time, so one of our office staff offered to deposit her payment directly into her checking account
(This is not something we normally do, he felt sorry for her) He waited to receive the necessary information from her but finally had to call her when his time to leave came and went She was short with him when he reached her and gave him incorrect information to make the deposit On his way to the bank to make her deposit (miles from the office and his home), he had a blow out and had to have a tow truck come to get him Needless to say he did not make it to the bank that day I decided to assist so that we could keep our word and went to the bank for him(again, miles from our home and offices) When I arrived to take the deposit in, the bank teller told me she didn't have an account at that bank I was annoyed to say the least I called the office to have them call her and let her know that we would not be making a deposit for her, but mailing her check I mailed her check at the local post office before returning back to the office The next day she called to complain about the young man that tried to help her and yelled at me when I told her that I was the one at the bank She insisted that I should have waited at the bank for the office to reach her and so she could verify the account information I took her complaint and told her that her check was mailed and I would not be going back to the bank to deposit it She threatened to call the Revdex.com and anyone else to get me to do it, and I did not give her what she wanted She has sense received her payment Unfortunately, this will mean that we do not try to go the extra steps for people There may be someone with genuine need that may miss out because of this young ladies actions.If you need further clarification of documentation, please let me know
