I am sending this response regarding the Ms. [redacted] complain. I spoke with her same day and I told Ms. [redacted] to refund all her charge. She mentioned in her complain that her son is minor, fact is he had ID which...

shows he is over 18. She need to confirm with his son about that for future because if he is minor So where he get his ID from. But again I want to resolve issue and again I offer her refund her charges which she disputes$100. Please let me know f you have any question. Thank you

I am rejecting this response because, I was never told that my son had an Id showing that he is 18.   When I spoke to my son, he did agree that they were sellling to a minor.   They asl told me that I would need to take the stuff back, unfortunately I threw the 75.00 pipe or whatever its called away..  I dont know what the other items are nor have I ever been to this store.   I was also told that he could of just bought candy......no chance.   My son told me that they didn't ID him.

Review: This is a smoke shop that sold parafanelia to a minro, my son.I gave my son a gift card with my name, which he used at a smoke shop to purchase items on 3 different days. I was able to check the charges on the gift card and notified the store. They told me that they were sorry and would not sell to him again.Desired Settlement: I want them reported and I want my 105.00 dollars back.
