We are being charged for a room that was never booked by us for a wedding. All he got was our name and told us to come in and book the room.
Around May 28 sometime me and my fiance ([redacted]) had called to reserve a room at the Sands Motel in Traverse City, MI for his brother [redacted]s wedding. His brother had told us to call up there can reserve a room if our plans are to stay up there. When we called our phone kept cutting out and we only had time to give him our name and number. [redacted] was the man we had talked to on the phone, and he was very rude at that and told us to come in to reserve the room and put our deposit down to save it for us. well we ended up not reserving the room because our plans were not to stay up there anymore. Well [redacted] went and reserved the room for us anyway without telling us about it. He had then called today September 9, 2012 to talk to my fiance [redacted]'s mother about this room. We ([redacted] and I) had called him back to talk about this room. I asked him why we had to pay for a room that we never reserved and he said back to me rudely and loudly that we did reserve it. I tried to say some more but everytime I tried to say what I needed to say we got louder and more aggresive talking on the phone. He kept swearing at me and calling me and my fiance's family names using foul language as he said it. Then told me that he was going to charge [redacted] and [redacted]'s card anyways. I got mad through a few words in there myself and then hung up on him because he was screaming at me on the phone. I do believe he was talking with some employees when he was talking to me at the same time. I think [redacted] is a rude man and has no respect and something needs to be done about this.
