Review: The contractor developed an arrogant attitude and ultimately abusive behavior.His workmanship was careless and unprofessional overall and he lacked the expertise to install large bathroom tiles. As a result we are very dissatisfied with our project which was to convert an existing portion of our first floor into a master bedroom suite.Desired Settlement: To correct the problems by using another competent contractor.

We would like the company, Update Construction, [redacted], to reimburse us for the money we spend in correcting the specific problems he caused.
