Review: At C&C Classic Carpet Care, hired Upfront Consultants in 2012 to build our website. We signed a year contract with them and after a year, we were supposed to own our domain/website: www.neworleanscarpetcleaningservices.com We have tried gaining access to our site to transfer for our use and they have failed to give us complete control. Godaddy.com has emailed them the codes they need to give us in order to transfer the site. We have called and emailed and have not gotten anywhere with them. The site is useless until they give me the codes.Desired Settlement: I am requesting the necessary codes to transfer the site and gain full control of my domain, as promised.
