We received your complaint through the Revdex.com on February 21, regarding the ID theft claim you filed with Upgrade on February 2, We reviewed the details of your complaint and would like to provide some clarification
On February 20th, we provided you with
a letter stating what documents and information we needed from you to continue processing of your ID theft claimAs your complaint noted, you chose not to participate with our bank verification processFurther, we were provided with documents that were redacted and unreadable, and requested unredacted copies of those documents, which we have not received from you as of today.
We are unable to proceed without the information we requested from you in the letter dated February 20th, and your cooperation on the bank verification call

Complaint: [redacted]I am rejecting this response because: I was notified by email that the claim is being closed due to me not contacting my bank through third party on 2/20/2018 also UPGRADE not being listed on my police report which is inaccurate upgrade was added to my police report the original report did not have UPGRADE listed because I was unaware of a fraudulent loan being taken out from this company. PER the FCRA guidelines I do not have three way call anyone if I do not choose to do so  that is a violation of privacy rights especially when I have provided all the other documentation required indicating ID THEFT.  This business/COMPANY UPGRADE is in violation I have submitted all the documents to UPGRADE that was requested of me and per the email from [redacted] whom I presume is the one handling my fraud claim never stated in the email on 2/20 that my documents were not legible at all so I am not sure where that information came from. I submitted a copy of my police report to show the company I am a victim of ID theft also I submitted the affidavit that the company requested of me and my bank statement. They still are requesting that I contact my bank which by law is a violation and I am not going to do. UPGRADE has received everything that was needed of me to close this fraudulent account and to stop trying to go into my bank account and collect funds each month. I want this account closed and out of my name I have never done business with this company and my  LEGIBLE documents that have been submitted  should be sufficient enough information of that. Attached is the copy of my original police report before I was even aware of UPGRADE loan being taken out in my name as well as the ID Theft affidavit that was requested. Sincerely,[redacted]
