Horrible return Policy and very unclear website. I ordered ram that was for a server only, but the site did not mention this. I then emailed them asking to return it and they said it would be a 50% restocking fee and I had to pay the return postage.

Basically this is just a way to get new customers for signing up but never delivering anything.Therefore I'm filling a complaint.Regards[redacted]Desired Settlement: The seller advertized a Product he is not willing to deliver.he can send me any factory sealed brand new 320GB hard drive 7200RPM as I did order for the price I ordered it.

I placed an order through the phone to order a new motherboard for my computer. When the order arrived, instead of receiving motherboard, I received a touch pad. Because I ordered over the phone, I have no proof to show that I ordered the correct part. So it looks like I'm the one who made the mistake instead of them. They charged me a $30+ restocking fee along with saying I'm responsible for the return shipping cost. This company is ridiculous & how they are still in business is beyond me. Why should I be responsible for their mistake? I will never do business with them again & will make sure to tell everyone I know in this business to avoid this company.
