In opening, we would like to make all parties aware that this project (roof replacement) was performed for another party other than Mrs ***The original contract (attached) entered into with Mr***, the owner in which we performed the installation, did not include any mention of the skylight
because the insurance did not compensate Mr*** for the replacement of the skylightOur obligation under the contract in which we entered into was completed fulfilled and completed as per said contract As you will see, the contract states that we "will perform all repairs as specified by the insurance"Also attached is the itemized insurance estimate. In an effort to illustrate good faith as a business, Upgraded Roofing will still honor the request of the new skylight and also address any other roof concerns during the time in which we install the windstorm certified skylight As of today, August 16, 2017, the skylight has been ordered and is expected to arrive within to weeks from todays date Upon arrival, Upgraded Roofing will be out to said residence and install the skylight and perform any repairs that fall within our Labor and Workmanship Warranty within one week.Our goal as a company is to rectify any differences with our customers.Sincerely,*** ***, Owner
