After review of Mr***s claim, Mr***s claim was determined to be unfounded for the following reasons: 1. Mr*** claims the damage occurred over an unspecified period of time (due to the lack of knowledge of a time frame, it is impossible to pinpoint activities performed
by Sloan. 2. Daily videos of the project are recorded and were checked around the time Mr*** filed his claim. At that time no issues with flying debris were observed on said video. After first denial, Mr*** requested additional action to be taken, at that time a claim was filed with Sloan's insurance carrier to handle the matter
