It is not relevant to my original complaint. Their website clearly states that unless you are trying to withdraw an amount over a certain amount as a criteria you need to provide proof of ID such as a drivers license, passport etc., but if you try to withdraw for less than the required criteria, it then tells you the same thing again with a lesser requirement and repeats the same process with a lesser requirement each time until the required dollar amount is less than $1, in which no business can process under $1 amount; any transaction amount has to be at least $1 as is standard in the industry for a transaction. Also, like I say, I deposited my currency without showing any ID, so I should be able to withdraw without showing ID; besides, I am not about to hand over my sensitive credentials to a company with an unkown place of business address and an unknown CEO.Sincerely,[redacted]
