clearanced because they are a discontinued color) have long been exempt from
additional discounts like coupon codes at Jockey.com

The response from the company references the phrase "sale styles" The selections I made were all the SAME STYLE - this "style" was not on sale. The only difference was that one of the colors I selected (all of the same "style") was at a slightly lower price But the "style" I selected were all the same, and this "style" was not on sale!It isn't semantics, words actually count I have previously had problems with Jockey.com where they apparently deliberately don't honor their sale promotions with some "tricky" wordingIn the past, I have received promotions (copy attached) that clearly say "Cannot be combined with any other offers, discounts or promotions." Fair enough But this ad only requires purchase of a multi-pack (which I've attempted to do) that aren't a "style (on) sale" Which I've done THIS STYLE IS NOT ON SALE Words matter If they didn't want to apply the promotion to anything on sale, they should have used their previous wording "Cannot be combined with any other offers, discounts or promotions." They did NOT Their attempt to weasel out of their promotion is disingenuous and fraudulent
