be cool in summer And warm in winter. We looked at the cloth and then I gave him a white business card and Wrote on the back $450.00. He called me Saturday Aug. 9th and asked if he could ge t the seat done On Monday the 11th and I told him yes!Customer brought truck in on Monday the 11th and I wrote him up an Invoice for the job.  He asked how long and I told him 2 days since it Needed foam repair and also that it was a “complete” The only concern he had was that we lock it up inside our shop! I finished writing the invoice up and handed him his copy….he looked at it And returned it to me saying he would get it when he picked the truck up!I called him on Weds. And told him to come and pick the truck up that it was Ready! He asked me how much the bill was and I told him it was 450.00 and he  said What did you do the whole seat!!!!! When he arrived at the shop he came in the office and said that I told him 225.00 And he had this brown bus. Card with 3 prices on it and told me I wrote them!!!!!By two of the things this person did I knew he was out to scam me! I took a business ethics course and a scam tactics course at my church.I told him the only way to get his truck was to pay cash and refused his credit card That he could put a stop on!He relented and brought me the cash in full the next day.The Upholstery Company Inc[redacted]Thank you
