I am rejecting this response because: This response does not resolve my complaintI had previously accepted
the offer to refund my money, but the money didn't show up on my credit cardOn 2/9/15, I contacted the Tri-County Revdex.com and told them I had not received the refundThe person I spoke with changed my response to "rejected" and said he would contact the business againIf the refund actually appears on my credit card, I will accept the response

Close to one million online customers now and thousands of hours spent retrieving tracking numbers for customers some of which demand a tracking number right now as they holdYes
sometimes customers can be rude and unfriendly not knowing that I am the man in the middleI don't cut or ship the foam myself and receive tracking numbers from my suppler a couple of days after the foam shippedSo to answer that question has my foam shipped yet is a hard oneEven so I will continue to help customers with their tracking numbersThis dose not mean that the foam will arrive any faster and it dose consume a lot of my timeMy supplier summed it up this way"We are not selling life or death prescription drugs here we are selling foam"

Business said: “The customer stated, "I ordered Memory foam and received Memory foam.”
That is factually incorrectI stated, “We ordered the lb Memory foamHe shipped lb foam (by whatever name he calls it)
We expect to be reimbursed the difference.”

Go to the foamonline websiteOrder 18x18xfoam in both “soft” and “firm” and place in cartYou will notice the ratings are both “lb.”
One is not lb and the other lb
They BOTH are lbThe only way to get lb foam is to order High Resilience foam

This appears to be the online version of “bait and switch.” We ordered the 5 lb Memory foam. He shipped 3 lb foam (by whatever name he calls it) We expect to be reimbursed the difference.

In todays world there is no time to be sick, as I was unable to resond before the dead line set by this consumer and this complaint was filed as threatened so much for compassion for one another. I am now back to work and the first thing was to help this consumer and this is what I have. The foam...

was cut wrong and is taking longer do to the fact that a replacement piece had to be cut and subsequently shipped. After fifty five years in the business you never know who will come in to your life for better or worse.

The customer did not read though the foam density chart to understand that the very soft Memory foam comes in five pound and the soft is three pound and the customer ordered soft not our fault. The customer said in the compliant that they received the Memory type foam and in the same sentence said...

the foam was High Resilience. If we sent the wrong foam we would re cut and send the foam ordered at no extra cost. When looking at the cut slip Memory foam is what was ordered and Memory foam is what was sent.

Outstanding customer support great website foamonline.com was very easy to use. I will be ordering from them again when this foam mattress gets old.

Very helpful and knowledgeable person he help me select the right foam for my seat cushions and all I had to do was to treat the man with respect.

Review: Order Number: 73[redacted]5Placed order on Jan. 2, 2015, today is January 21st. I have asked twice for this company to provide an eta or tracking number and to date they have not done so. Two days ago I emailed them and they are unresponsive. Delays and non response does not make good customer service. Review: I ordered 3 pieces of cut foam on February 2 (order number 736848). I received an automated web receipt. My credit card was billed on February 4. The website says that billing occurs just before they cut the foam, which can take 5 to 10 days. By February 17, I became concerned because I had not received a notice saying my order was being shipped. I called and got a very unhelpful person who did not research my problem and told me to call UPS. This morning (February 23) I called UPS and they do not have any parcels with my address in their system. I called Foam Online again and got the unhelpful person again. He seems to have no concept of how to talk to a customer or what steps are needed to resolve an issue. He told me the foam had been mis-cut, then amended that information and said 99% of the time, that is the problem. Finally I got him to check with their production department. It turns out the foam is back ordered. I asked for my order to be cancelled and a refund to be issued. He told me this is not possible. I informed him that I was going to file a complaint with Revdex.com, and also send a letter to his company's address so that I could protest the charge on my credit card bill. I would have preferred to have my cut foam, but I do not think this company is capable of delivering. I see no evidence that they will ever be able to deliver the product. At this point I just want my money back.Desired Settlement: My credit card to be refunded within the next 30 days.

I am rejecting this response because: This response does not resolve my complaint. I had previously accepted the offer to refund my money, but the money didn't show up on my credit card.
