I haven't heard anything from the Kingsley's since November. During
face="arial, sans-serif">November we were there multiple times finishing up some punch list itemsThese included: stone repairs outside, cabinet issues, painting issues and other trim carpentry items. At that time, I believed we were finished.I did some investigating since receiving you letter. Evidently, there is a tile issue still outstanding. I am working on getting the correct tiles so

Yes [redacted] came to finish a few things and hang the Barn doors after a YEAR had passed.  But They have a punch list that is longer then that.  The closet door to my sons closet, the wrong tile in the bathroom, the cracked glass on light fixture in bathroom, cracking grout lines, sealent on basement walls, splitting door trim, caulking.  These are things that are to be take care of  at the one year inspection.  We have not had a one year inspection.  [redacted] has made no effort to do so.  When I do get ahold of someone I am told how busy they are and they need a few more weeks to line things up.  We are getting close to March and [redacted] still has not made a single attempt to even contact me, four going on five months past our one year inspection.  I held up my end of the contract the last week in October 2013, by paying him.  It is now the end of Febuary 2015 and I just want him to hold up his end.
