We are sorry this customer had such a bad experience with us.Although the repairman did in fact clean out the spray arm of the dish washer, he did not charge for labor, only for the service call.We are willing to return the amount paid ($75+GST) and as a gesture of apology, we offer him 15% discount off his next repair job.Thank you,Uplifting Services
