When we sublet 4 months condo in unit 208, 321 Spruce St., Waterloo, Ontario. Uplus asked us to pay $600 deposit for hydro. Now we have moved out the condo 4 months and paid all of hydro.
Now we have required uplus to pay back our $600 deposit, but uplus have not paid the deposit back to us.
Refund Uplus pay back $600 deposit
The complainant was refunded the entire amount on April 10 2019. The matter has been dealt with and properly communicated with the X-tenant, who was updated every step in processing the refund request.
