Review: My husband and I filled out and application for a loan with them. I believe it is a scam now. We were told we qualified for a $5000 loan. First we were told we would have to pay a 3 month security payment of $690. After that our payments would be $230 a month. They asked that we send it by [redacted]. Which we did. Then we were asked to send [redacted] for [redacted]. It ended up costing us another $1500. We were guaranteed the loan plus we would be reimbursed the $1500. After that we were asked to send another $498. Then they asked for another $500 which I flat out refused to pay. So the told us they would see if the could find us a different lender to use. The did but asked us to pay $500 which we informed them we did not have. We finally spoke to a different person in the company and she said she could guarantee us a $10,000 loan. We told her that was more than we wanted. She then told us we would need to pay $1950 for the [redacted] and that we could use the $1500 that we had already paid. I told her we didn't have any extra to send. I told her we wanted reimbursed for all the [redacted] that we had paid them. She told us we would have to wait until the March 5th to start the reimbursement and that someone would be in touch with us. We have called several times with no answer. We need to get our [redacted] back. We have tried to deal with them. Not sure what we can do but felt we needed to file a complaint. I have all the paper work to where we sent the [redacted] orders.Desired Settlement: We would like reimbursed for all the [redacted] we paid them plus the fees for sending by [redacted] and [redacted]. The amount comes to $2865. The other option would be for the loan of $10,000 and use the [redacted] we have already paid for the security deposit and the [redacted].

Review: I APPLIED FOR A BAD CREDIT LOAN AND AFTER THE CONTRACT WAS SIGHNED AND THE FEES WERE SENT TOHE LOAN OFFICER, THEY PROCEEDED TO EXTORT MORE MONIES OUT OF ME. I FEEL IT IS A SCAM.....I FOUND OUT THEY HAVE ONLY BEEN IN BUSINESS SINCE THE BEGINING OF THIS MONTH AND REFUSED TO GIVE EITHER A LICENCE OR BOND NUMBER. AND REFUSED TO RETURN MY MONEY AND CANCLE THE CONTRACT. THEY ALSO SAID IT WOULD TAKE UP TO 30 DAYS IF THEY DECIDED TO REFUND MY MONIES,YET THEY MADE ME WESTERN UNION IT TO THEM.Desired Settlement: RETURN THE 487.OO I PAID FOR THE SCAM LOAN...I WANT IT BACK TODAY..

Review: [redacted] with this company called us on the phone advertising they would give us a loan for $3,000.00. We gave them two separate payments of $450.00 each. Now, I cannot get them to return my phone calls, despite numerous attempts to reach them. After all of this, I looked on line and realized they're scamming me. I have a contract between me and the company and would like my money back.Desired Settlement: I would like my money back in full!

Review: Yes I contacted the upmann credit group on line and they said I was aprove for five thousand dollors tjat since my credit was bad which I knw that it is . That I would have to pay three months in stall ment thay goes towards the loan so I sent tje money to the lender [redacted] now grant it I sign all doc on line on the contact they same I would have in my bank account in a couple hours well after sending [redacted] tje money the was nothinh there so I called [redacted] and [redacted] said that the leanders insureance wouldnt expect his payment so we paid 325.00 for the insurance. While talking to her we keep twlling we think was a scam and we wantes our money nack she said it would get refunded but it takes 7 10 day before we see itwell now they send us to coustmer swrive and they said that they had to swich lenders that will help pau foe tje rest of tje inscurence. And that we wount be able to swe our money until feb 9 we told then they a scarmmers ans qantwd our money back bc we ourswlf aew in abad stiition we going ro losw our house we havw no car anymore our electric is going to shot off my wife is very ill and I have atwo year tooothey didnt follow throigh with contact that we aign they need to come with the five thousans or send all our money backDesired Settlement: Either they pay the five thousand with our sign of conract or they give us all the money back that we sent encluding the sendimg fee
