Review: This company is double charging. They were paid out of my FSA fund back in February 2013. This is the kind of thing that hits a person's credit and makes it bad. They should have to feel that burden also. They need to do their job just like I am required to do mine. There is no excuse when someone's credit becomes tarnished due to someone simply not doing their job. These big companies think they can just do whatever they feel to the little guy...no to me!Desired Settlement: They need to let the creditors know within in 10 days that they were at fault, not me!
