UPMC East

I watched as upmc security beat and drug a young lady through the lobby while a small child was screaming for her mother and hearing the security guards screaming at the lady to shut up. What kind of security staff do you employee that does that to someone, I don't know the circumstances but that was definity uncalled for especially in front of a small child and a host of numberous visitors arriving. Unprofessional, very unprofessional.

Review: I was seen at the UPMC East emergency department on April 17, 2015. I was seen by Dr. Jeremy G[redacted]. At the time, my jaw had been locked in position for approximately 5 days because of TMJ disorder. Dr. G[redacted] told me he could give me pain killers and muscle relaxers, neither of which I wanted because I was seen at a pain management facility and wasn't comfortable doubling up on those meds. Dr. G[redacted]t refused to offer any other kind of help and he treated me with abysmal bedside manner. He laughed at me, told me my TMJ disorder wasn't really a problem, and made "Star Trek" noises at me, saying that "if this were Star Trek, he could fix it." He mocked me and made me feel so much worse than I did before I arrived at UPMC East. Additionally, the nurse physically turned and walked away from me in the middle of a sentence when I refused to sign the discharge papers because of the way I'd been treated. Now I'm being billed $400 for the privilege of being mocked and laughed at by a UPMC physician.Desired Settlement: I would like the charges for Dr. G[redacted] services refunded. I would also like a written apology from Dr. G[redacted] for his behavior toward me.

Review: I need a copy of my medical record sent to my med pain dr. I was told that since I emailed my release it might take weeks to release my medical records because the agent is not working today. Plus, it takes weeks for fulfill these requestsDesired Settlement: I need my medical records sent to my dr.
