Review: went to see dr [redacted] about a nose problem I was having, not able to eat to much due to not being able to taste or smell. sent.this was on oct 20. I was sent to get a ct scan do to the fact that I had lost 25pounds in short time. that was on nov 10. holidays came I didn't hear back by end of dec. call dec 30 talked to a [redacted]? told her why I was calling.said she would give dr the message. never heard back went to my reg dr told her what was going on and she had to get up my test results and she took care of it. this is a upmc SPECIALIST do I guess does not care about her patients what a shame. as of today march 18 still no call. [redacted]Desired Settlement: paid 30 dollar co pay I want it back for sevices not rendered.
